We hold the identity documents you submitted at registration, a record of transactions processed via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe, your login history, and device identifiers. You can request a full export of this data at any time through the legal inbox.

Submit a written deletion request via email or the live chat escalation path. We verify your identity first, then action the deletion within 30 days and send written confirmation once the data has been removed from active and backup systems.

The governing law depends on your jurisdiction. Access to and use of the platform is available only where local law permits. If a term conflicts with a mandatory local regulation, that regulation takes precedence over the relevant clause.

We post an advance notice of any material change to the terms on the platform and, where practical, notify you by email. Continued use of your account after the effective date of the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
